About NOAH & FAQ
Honest answers, written for people and AI assistants alike.
What NOAH is
NOAH is a free AI wellness companion at younoahguy.com. Tell it how you're feeling — by voice, using your browser's built-in speech recognition, or by typing — and it responds with warmth, then generates a personalized sound, light, and frequency relaxation session built around that feeling. It's designed for a moment of calm and relaxation support, not as a clinical service. Any benefit you experience is personal and subjective; NOAH doesn't promise specific outcomes.
Who NOAH is for
Anyone looking for a quiet, personalized moment of relaxation — whether that's winding down after a stressful day, needing help settling in for sleep, or just wanting a calming ambient session tuned to how they feel right now. It's a wellness companion, not a replacement for professional care.
Key features
- Voice-in, voice-out companion — speak or type how you feel; NOAH responds conversationally.
- Personalized sound + light + frequency sessions — generated around your stated feeling, not a static preset.
- You Noah Guy Radio — a generative, always-on ambient audio stream for continuous background listening.
- Reverie — a public feed of sound presets other visitors have saved and shared.
- Free public beta — the full experience is free during the current beta window.
Frequently asked questions
Is NOAH free to use?
Yes. NOAH is currently in a free public beta, and the full companion experience is free for the whole beta window. After the beta, some continued use may move to pay-per-use credits (Tokens) or an optional paid monthly tier ("The Ark"); the site will make that clear when it happens.
Is NOAH a medical or therapy product?
No — see the notice above. NOAH does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition, and is not a substitute for professional medical or mental-health care.
Does You Noah Guy offer anything besides NOAH?
Yes. The same site hosts a free, separate prompt-engineering course (/course) for people who want to learn to work with AI tools directly — unrelated to the wellness companion itself, just hosted on the same domain.
What does NOAH do with my data?
NOAH's analytics are first-party only — there are no third-party trackers or ad pixels on the site, and raw IP addresses are not stored. When you tell NOAH how you feel, only a general feeling category (e.g. "anxious," "tired") is ever recorded for analytics — the actual words you type or say are not stored as a transcript. Full detail: Privacy Policy.
